JAscFrame is JFrame that allows to handle "Enter" and "Escape" key presses. To handle "Enter" and "Escape" key presses handleEnterKey(java.awt.event.ActionEvent) and handleEscapeKey(java.awt.event.ActionEvent) methods should be overriden.

This constructor sets the component's locale property to the value returned by JComponent.getDefaultLocale.
